How paying works
Checkout is run by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles payment, invoices and any sales tax or VAT for your country, so the price at checkout may include tax. After paying you receive a licence key by email. Paste it into the app with Enter licence key and your plan is active straight away.
Pro subscriptions renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the Polar customer portal link in your receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. The Event Pass key stops working 7 days after purchase.
Refunds: if CertSheet isn't right for you, email support@certsheet.com within 14 days of a payment for a full refund of that payment. Accounts ended for breaking our acceptable use rules (for example, making certificates for courses you didn't run, or imitating a university or licensing body) are not refunded.
